You know, I never really thought to make a WHOLE ASS PLAYLIST of the songs I'd use in Sleet and Dingo (...and Somethings Bartleby) AMVs or Multi Animation Projects if I could handle that.

Not all the songs that I've fallen in love with are accounted for quite yet. But hey, I'm getting there.

I think people go way too easy on Breezepelt. (Before reading this ramble, I already know people will say, "That didn't happen in the books" I just wanted to assure you I've done my research. Go to Breezepelt's wiki page and Ctrl+F any character names mentioned here if you don't believe me)

Crowfeather's Trial's attempt to redeem him is a joke. It lies that Breezepelt didn't know the Dark Forest's intentions or never attacked Windclan cats. Then, it sweeps the murder attempt of Jayfeather and pregnant Poppyfrost under the rug.

Why was Breezepelt pursuing a relationship a few moons after he tried to kill his family? Did he seriously think he was in a safe mindset for that? That is why I hate BreezeXHeather. She was already traumatised by Lionblaze; why does she have to be the redemption reward for another violent tom? This seriously just comes off as an 'I can fix him' dynamic.

The content within Crowfeather's Trial isn't good either. Breezepelt attacks anyone who criticises him, acts recklessly with the stoats and threatens to kill Pickle. Nightcloud's disappearance was a convenient way for Breezepelt to focus on her instead of his actual victims. He was aggressive towards Lionblaze the super edition. Breezepelt may have swatted a few stoats off of him, but his 'apology' was vague and half-hearted: "You’re a Clan cat, and my loyalty should be to the Clans.” I believe he only said it because Lionblaze confronted him first.

Even in the later arcs, Breezepelt hasn't changed for the best. Fans cling to his appearance in Daisy's Novella like ants on a leaf. Are our standards so low that we praise Breezepelt for not wanting newborns to starve to death? Well, it certainly didn't stop him from trying to kill unborn kits.

For every step forward Breezepelt takes, he takes four steps back. The entire fandom ignores all his negative interactions.

He is still as prejudged as ever, saying Tree can't do a warrior's job. He still needs his clanmates to babysit him and prevent him from attacking others prematurely.

Breezepelt didn't want Shadowclan to get the yellow cough cure, even snarling at Medcine cats. He still has a grudge against Squirrelflight and victim-blames her for Ashfur. He hypocritically says Shadowclan cats who joined from the kin should remain in exile, including pregnant Yallowleaf. With the rebels, he said the Thunderclan camp should be invaded during a time when it wasn't necessary, and he didn't care about potential casualties.

my favorite part about the mouthwashing fandom is that there is not one person who likes Jimmy and I find it refreshing that the awful male character's actions aren't forgiven like in some fandoms that won't be named,*cough* Warrior cats *cough*

Tigerheartstar is straight up the best, most consistently written character in warrior cats at the moment.

He gets to be an antagonist who’s not a villain for a big chunk of asc.

He gets to be angry, have outbursts, and make bad decisions that negatively affect others. All without being cruel, or unrealistic, or out of character. (cough mothwing in tbc cough)

He gets to be the only leader who believes Frostpaw, no questions asked. He gets to be one of the only people she actually trusts.

And he gets to be funny!! And stupidly stubborn in a way that’s just plain fun!!

He may not technically be my favourite character (no one can beat Frostdawn and Curlfeather sorry) but he sure is close to it!

He is everything Brambleclaw wishes he was.

I absolutely agree, I hate him personally but I really appreciate his character. I just wish his actions had consequences every once in a while, he gets away with things he shouldn’t do with both the fandom and the narrative lol

I am intensely curious, what do you like about Warrior Cats? I've been seeing it a lot since joining the WoF fandom but have no idea what it's about

so! i'm gonna give an overview first!

warriors is written by erin hunter. erin hunter is commonly referred to by the fandom as "the erins" because it's a pen name for a bunch of authors! the reason you're seeing so much of it in the WoF fandom is bc Tui is one of the Erins!

i really like warriors bc kitties are just super fun to draw! some of the characters are really intruiging (cough cough jaypaw.. he's a fan favorite lol) and it has really neat lore!

however there are like 8 arcs with 6 books each + 20 extra-long special editions + 12 short stories + a bunch of graphic novels that have their own lore and storylines that are adjacent to the main books. it's kind of intimidating to go into lol

also the disability rep is just as bad as wof if not worse! so! yeah.

it's crazy how some video games have so much queer rep in spite of the rampant homophobia in their audiences and the gaming community as a whole (overwatch, league of legends, apex) yet so much other media will refuse to include explicit queer rep in fear of backlash despite their fandoms practically BEGGING for it (cough cough warrior cats)

WoF (Wings of Fire)

I personally like to think that icewings Love jewelry and love to put it all over their many spikes

I like to think some sandwings are black like black sand, or red like red sand

I usually don't draw nightwings but when I do I sometimes give them wings with Aurora Borealis, I honestly just think it looks pretty neat lol

LoZ (legend of Zelda)

Not much to put here but I like to think that link loves animals (especially in TP lol) considering that in BoTW he can just register like seven different horses (and even more in TotK)

Warriors (warrior cats)

I like to think that sandstorm is just this SUPER fluffy Maine Coon and I feel like it makes sense considering lionblaze is really big and fluffy

This one was really old, but I figured it'd be funny to mention, when I very first started the series (A good few years ago) I genuinely used to think that Shadow clan was just a bunch of really emo cats (I don't know where I got this)

Ooooh fresh material! I've never written Final Space fic before so here we go!

At the beginning, Gary considered himself well prepped for all this. After all, Ventrexians were just cat-people (although he never said this out loud) which meant their offspring were just cat-babies. Not baby cats, those were kittens. But a cat-baby. Which basically meant sometimes it would act like a human infant, other times a kitten.

Very quickly Gary remembered he had pretty much zero experience with babies and kittens. The little ball of orange fur in his arms seemed so tiny and vulnerable. One day, Gary thought he was dying. Lil Cato had been coughing and heaving and his face was scrunched up in discomfort. It turned out to just be a hairball.

He thought that when babies, finally, finally fell asleep, they'd be down for the count for at least a few hours. But nope. Lil Cato could get fully rested in about fifteen minutes and then be wide awake to poop and cry and attempt to claw at his face.

Speaking of...

Gary was watching Lil Cato in his crib, the tiny kit reaching up with his paws while Gary wiggled his fingers above his head. His movements were uncoordinated, eyes still new and working on his control. But in a single moment of lucidity, Lil Cato's claws came out and pierced Gary's hand as he grabbed him.

To his credit, Gary only let out a tiny squeak. "You know...", he started, voice strained. "I was doing some research and they make these tiny mittens for babies so that they don't scratch themselves."

"We're not putting mittens on our baby", Avocato said, sitting nearby and drinking an ice cold something that Gary couldn't see because it was in a mug.

"So we're investing in bandaid stock? Because how else am I supposed to survive this?", Gary lifted his hand, that Lil Cato was still attached to.

"We shouldn't discourage his warrior spirit. One day, he'll be a great fighter."

"He's a baby", Gary said, looking at said baby who was trying to bite into him now. Fun fact about Ventrexians - born with claws but teeth didn't come out until they were about six months old. So right now, Lil Cato had his claws sunk into Gary while his gums attacked his skin.

"Oh you are just the most adowable, cwutest hunter in the world!", Gary cooed with Avocato got the gauze.

"Who has a taste for fwesh? You do? Who wants to mwaul me to shweds? You do!"

"Keep talking like that and you're wrapping your own hand", Avocato threatened.

"And that concludes the baby talk session. Lil Cato, return to your psychology dissertation and I expect you to solve world hunger by tomorrow." Gary placed him back in his crib, among a few of his toys with which to create his 'dissertation' and turned to get his hand wrapped up.

He may not know much about babies or about cats. But he could be a pretty good dad to this cat baby.

It's ok! Repeat questions are awesome actually (and I really appreciate questions towards characters that didn't have a chance to be developed through the comic like Car Key and Cactus). Red Cough basically is that, or other fatal lung based illnesses that involve coughing up blood. In game it's almost a guaranteed death if a character gets it, so when I got Cactus who joined with it, I knew she was going to die.

What’s something known in Warriors is the buckeye and hate of the clans towards one another and had put me to think. What does God want me to say through my WarriorCat sona in the little stories?

I want to show through my Warriorcat sona that sometimes we are going to face different people in our life. We maybe don’t like that much or even argued before and we feel like people are against us. But our battle is not against the people we are surrounded by, we fight against the enemy and evil spirits we do not see. The moment we understand what our true fight stands for, we can let God help us see the people around us differently, they need help to hear about the Good news, just like we did. But even if they continue to not listen or ridicule you, call you names or we even get beaten up because of our faith in Jesus, remember: Jesus had been in our place, taking our the sins on the cross and had overcome the world. So take heart! Forgive and pray for those who hurt you even if it is hard! And don’t give up!!
